    I need some help with IPTV.

    The audio and video are playing fast forward for a few seconds then it pauses and this keeps repeating over and over.

    I solved the problem on my laptop by going into the video windows advanced settings Ac3 and telling it not to use the ac3 filter. This option is not avaliable on my workstation only Mpeg, Ligos and Flashware are avaliable .

    any ideas?

    Hi,

    You seem to be a hard core IPTV personnel. At this moment may not be able to help you in your area of concern. But, could you please help me with some links and documents if possible to understand the IPTV Service Fulfillment process?
